BMW X1 Problème Start and Stop manuel

Bonjour à tous.
Je vous remercie par avance si quelqu’un peut m’aider .
Je possède un BMW X1 E84 de 2013 XDRIVE avec système START & STOP .
Suite a l’installation d’un poste autoradio ANDROID acheté chez 4X4Shop Canada ( matériel de haute qualité), j’ai constaté quelques jours après que la fonction manuelle sur le tableau de bord START and stop ne fonctionne plus ( impossible d avoir le voyant vert allumé ou éteint ! )
Du coup le démarrage et l’arrêt de la voiture en roulant puis a l’arrêt est parfois aléatoire ( mais le système fonctionne )
Sachant aussi que cet hiver ma batterie s’est déchargé fortement du à un coup de froid.

I own a 2013 XDRIVE BMW X1 E84 with START & STOP system.

Following the installation of an ANDROID car radio purchased from 4X4Shop Canada (high-quality hardware), I noticed a few days later that the manual function on the START and stop dashboard no longer works (unable to have the green light on or off! )

So starting and stopping the car while driving and then stopping is sometimes random (but the system works)

Also knowing that this winter my battery drained strongly due to a cold snap.

Here is a photo + video of the problem

Any ideas?

Research avenues?

Je voulais savoir ci tu avais solutionné ton soucis de voyant S&S suite à la pose de ton autoradio android car je suis exactement dans le même ca de figure que toi suite à la pose d'un autoradio Android, surement un PB de Canbus ?
